The service
GrowthScout ("we", "us") helps businesses hire remote talent by sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates. We present three pre-vetted candidates within three weeks of confirming role requirements. The final hiring decision always rests with the client.
Fees
Our one-time placement fee is $2,500, charged only after a successful hire and payable within 1 week of the candidate joining. An optional managed service (payroll coordination and supported employment administration) is available for $100/month per active hire. Candidate salaries are paid separately by the client and are not part of our fee.
Replacement policy
If a placed candidate doesn't fit your business needs, we will replace the candidate at no extra fee. If none of the three shortlisted candidates is right, we will continue the search and find more candidates.
Engagement terms
The specific engagement terms — including scope of the search, working-hours expectations and onboarding details — are agreed in writing between [insert legal entity name] and the client before work begins.
Managed service availability
